Second Delivery of Group Project
The second delivery serves as a check-point for the technical development of the platform.
The groups need to present the steps taken for the realization of the system and demonstrate in a clear way a set of core functionalities of the system.
Additional information about the first delivery are given during the class and communicated through the Google Classroom system.
Deadline
On Thursday, 20th of May, during the class hours (16:00-19:00) each group will get 10 minutes to present their work, answer to questions and get feedback.
What to submit
- A new document named "2nd delivery", available under the public Github repository, that *briefly* explains
- The comments that you received during the 1st delivery and how you have addressed them (if you decided/managed to address them). You should justify your decisions.
- Changes made to your concept, architecture and evaluation plan since the 1st delivery. You should justify the need for these changes.
- Brief presentation of the technical work done since the 1st delivery.
- A brief list of the functionality that is still missing and will be done till the final delivery.
- Brief presentation of the evaluation conducted since the 1st delivery.
- A brief list of what you aspect to evaluate till the 3rd and final delivery.
- Updated versions of the 3 documents presenting the Concept, Architecture and Evaluation.
- The updated documents need to reflect the work done since the 1st delivery.
- The updated documents need to take into account the comments made during the 1st delivery (clearly only those comments that you decided to implement).
- The updated versions of the documents should *not* explain the difference between the previous version and the new version. Instead, they need to provide the current position of the project.
- The updated versions of the documents should provide a link to the previous version of the documents (history) so that anyone interested can still check the previous versions.
- A presentation of the project from a technical point of view (maximum 5 minutes).
- Including a demo of your project. The demo may focus on individual functionalities. Parts of the functionalities can be demoed using simulated/emulated environments.
- The video needs to be uploaded as public youtube video.
- The youtube video page needs to provide information on the project and links to the github page.
- A presentation of the evaluation of the project that has already be done (maximum 3 minutes).

- A presentation of the future plans for technical development and evaluation until the final delivery (maximum 2 minutes).

How to submit
All the required material needs to be published under the same github repository. The students need to submit the link to the github repository through the Google Classroom system.
